within 24 hours and assist you through all the process.
2. Project Confirmation
After we receive your request and agree on the quantity and the product specifications needed, we will send you an offer via email including all the information about: Type of payment, delivery time, and incoterms 2021, The Customer should confirm the offer within 15 days or we would be bilged to prepare another offer (The price of some).
3. Production And Exportation
When we get the confirmation from you we will start the Productioand we keep you updated during all the process, At the moment when the production is done, we will directly start the shipping process respecting the norms and terms that We agreed on before (Incoterms 2021).
4. Feedback And After Service
We are all ears to hear your feedback about our products and we do deliver spare parts for products that has consumable parts.
